This prestigious project involved the redevelopment of the Gallery and an extension into the historic, listed Clare Street building redeveloping the two existing properties.
The building is a ‘complete’ in situ concrete frame with continuous concrete back up walls to certain areas. The expertise of the construction team on the project was invaluable in marrying the new concrete frame with the listed Clare Street buildings.
This project received numerous awards on completion such as the Irish Concrete Awards, the RIAI Awards and the Opus Award.
